You can serve the cake however you wish. The serving sizes listed for the cakes are guides only. I recommend cutting the cake into long sections first and then diving them into rectangular portions. This will maximize servings. You can find a visual guide on my Instagram story highlights under "Order Info".
I do not offer cake tastings because I do not have a store front where everything is already made and available. All of my cakes are made to order and fresh. This is the reason I cannot offer tastings. I do however offer rounds of cake tasting boxes every now and then. These can be found promoted on my Instagram and Facebook pages.
