About Me

I design custom cakes and desserts in the Rio Grande Valley. All of my desserts are baked fresh and from scratch. I create fun, colorful custom cakes for all occasions. I work with the client to design and customize their cake based off of their theme and colors. 

I have always loved the joy my baked goods would bring to people. I began by creating sweets for my friends and family. I found my true passion through baking. My love for that has grown into what it is today, Amanda Elaine Bakes. It brings me so much joy and happiness being able to create something truly unique and special for someone.
